The Vehicle Industry News Memo issue date November 1, 2021 gives information regarding Assembly Bill 174, which allows the Department of Motor Vehicles to discontinue printing and distribution the paper book version of the California Vehicle Code Book.
For those who need the book, an electronic version of the California Vehicle Code book can be obtained at leginfo.legislature.ca.gov.
